Milani and Wet n Wild have nice inexpensive blushes. Very pigmented too so they'll last forever!

Wet n wild blushes are incredibly cheap and pigmented. Sometimes I think they're even better than the department store brands! And I work for Lancôme lol! But any blush you can make it look natural if you use a light hand with your brush. :) I find cream to look more natural though. I think Revlon and Maybelline has some great ones to offer too.
