Hi guys :) I wanted to bring this up because I've noticed lots of posts referring to people having breakouts on a specific part of the face only, and I think this could be useful :)
I'm not an expert on face mapping but I think it's something that can help a lot of people... It's helped me a lot!
Here's a link to explain more! http://www.skinacea.com/acne/acne-face-map.html#.UW1tdSi9Kc0
Face mapping is basically corresponding your breakouts with parts of your body. For example a strange breakout on your chin or cheek could be related to your bladder or liver, etc.
Then eat foods beneficial to that organ in the body cleanse or maintain itself better. I almost always notice a difference. Plus all the water helps too!
That's not to say this can solve all problems or that it will work for everyone, because breakouts are sometimes hormonal or from stress, diet, etc. I just thought it could be useful to some people. Let me know what you think or if its worked for you!:)
