I'm an aspiring MUA, I haven't had any formal training and don't work at any makeup counter (I'm a SAHM). Once my girls go to school I plan on doing some freelance work which is what I did before I got married. Since it's been a while I feel I'm a little rusty. I'll be posting pics and wanting honest opinions on my work. I also plan on trying out some special effect makeup. You all are more than welcome to check out my other pics on my profile :)

I just looked at your pics. You are doing a wonderful job hun! On a few pics I noticed some areas that needed more blending. But besides that, you are well on your way to becoming a great MUA! Make sure you have a good set of brushes. Especially a blending and foundation brush. Good luck sweets ;)

I think your doing good, just keep practicing esp blending and make sure to use a good base on your eyes before you do any dramatic shadows and it will look awesome!! :-)
