I don't know what you mean... But either you need do buff your nails, or throw away your clumpy nail polish.

First, I think you need to get your nails done every once in 3 months maybe. Second, use a good product to make them grow stronger and they will look better (use Essie's products. They're great!). Third, shake your nail polish bottle well, and try using different nail polishes to see if the problem is with your nail polish only or not.:)

Yeah I know what you mean. Into not the nail, it's most likely the skin underneath so I don't think there's a solution. I honestly think they're unique.
