So I've gotten rid of my acne on the rest of my face but I have bad breakouts on my chin and some of the pimples hurt. No matter what I put on them they won't go away!! It's annoying and I don't want to have to wear so much makeup after washing my face. To wash my face I use skin I'd at night and the clean and clear brightening morning Burst in the morning. Neither break me out. PLEASE HELP.

Could be the foundation your using , I have had the same problem, so I stopped using my foundation and swapped it with a different one, now it's clearing up

The chin area is where hormonal breakouts occur... I know several ppl that got on birth control and it stopped their acne issues... Other than changing up your body's hormones, I don't think you can rid yourself of them...

I read it's when you eat too much dairy.

I heard that chin acne is from stress!

Acne in general can be caused by stress.

It could be your toothpaste! The same thing happened to me so I read somewhere that toothpaste can make you breakout on your chin. I switched to another brand and I rarely get a zit on my chin!

Could be from hormonal changes, or stress...but, personally when I break out on my chin it's because of an allergic reaction I've had with something I have been putting on my face. Like, face lotion, face wash, powder or foundation. For me it was the foundation I was using which was L'oreal True Match liquid foundation. It covers great, but it broke me out😕 just start ruling things out one by one.

I get this too :( I feel so ugly now I hate it!! I don't know what to do...

what would happen if you went on birth control and then it cleared up, if you stopped the pill would it come back?
