You can use it as a deep moisture for the hair. Put it all over the hair and sleep on it and then wash it out. It doesn't leave hair greasy.

Cynthia wen you say wash it out do you mean with shampoo and conditioner or do you mean just rinse it out with water? to get best moisture :)
