In that picture your hair looks brownish reddish, I agree with everyone here but if that isn't what you wanted to hear, go for deep, dark black. Your face would stand out in a great way, the contrast would be amazing.

You can buy clip in blonde extensions and then dye them red. then you can change up your hair and make it longer without damaging it.
