I have medium hair. I get a trim every three four months. it won't grow. I take prenatal pills to help it grow. any suggestions? how can I grow my hair? doesn't have to be fast. I jus needed it to grow. ;(

Try mane and tail. me my sister, sister in law and her sisters use it. and our hair grows. its a horse shampoo and conditioner as well. they sell them in Walmart with the rest of the shampoos.

I eat a lot of protein. all sorts. ill try the hair shampoo thing. hope that help me too. I miss my long hair.

If I hav oily scalp should I b using d conditioner?? it makes it more oily n itchy no?

Apply the conditioner to your ends and not scalp dear.
