Are these even acne scars? How do I get rid of them?

I think so, and I use honey every night but for darker spots I suggest a dark spot corrector or some sort of skin lightener.

K what you need to do is get lemon juice and put in on it might burn put keep it on for a good 2 minutes then wash your face off with cold cold water do this in then morning and before you go to sleep and get and acne night time cream.

For scars lemon juice but to me those look like acne or pimples or zits not scars but if they are scares then yeah use lemon juice because it makes them lighter and helps them blend into your skin.

This really good product called Bio-Oil is made for getting rid of acne scars, dark spots on skin tones, scars in general, etc! it contains something called Per-Cellin oil (something like that) and it works quite well :)

I think you just need to get proactive and it will take care of your scars, acne, and prevent further acne too(:
