Second the makeup remover wipes. It's quick and easy and doesn't irritate my eyes. I use neutrogena and if it's only mascara you're taking off, you can get away with cutting a piece of it instead of using the whole wipe.

I honestly just use my cleanser. Neutrogena Oil-Free
Acne Stress Control Power-Foam Wash. I don't think its good for your eye area so I don't really recommend it but it does take off my mascara and eyeliner without a problem.

I asked this same question because my regular face makeup comes off great at the end of the day but my mascara wouldn't. My lashes were kinda stiff and I didn't want to rub and rub at them.. I wanted to find something that was gentle but effective. Someone told me about cliniques take the day off remover and I tried it and love it :) just put some on a cotton pad and hold it in your eye for 15 seconds and wipe it off :)
Hope this helps
