I'm in high school now and many girls wear mascara, some eyeshadow, and some wear liner, concealer, and/or foundation. It depends on your skin and what look you are going for.

I think that you should use concealer for any imperfections,under eye concealer, and powder to set it, then if you want a little glow - try alittle bronzer, alittle blush (if you want) then for eyes, prime it and do something simple but not like bold and wild, and mascara and any cute lip color! :) hope this helps! & for your hair I think you would look amazing with curls! You can use a wand to get curls or if you want no heat you can take a shower at night and make to tight braids and leave it over night it makes beachy waves!

I'd suggest to go light on the makeup, wear a coral lipstick/lipgloss/lipstain, put some brown eyeliner and brown mascara, maybe a bit of powder, you don't want to cake it, and a soft blush. Your face is nice looking, meaning it is soft and firm and I can't tell if you have a lot of imperfections so you don't need to cover up that gorgeous face.
