Stressing over finals has caused my face to freak out, and now I have like three huge pimples. How do I get rid of them fast? You can post tips, at home remedies, or good products (drugstore or high end).

Use a mild cleanser and soak aloe Vera juice/gel all over the affected area. I have bad cystic acne and aloe Vera helps with redness and shrinking pimples overnight!!

Eradikate by Kate Somerville works really well. High amounts of sulfur really shrink those bad boys.
