I usaully wear a stud in my second hole (top hole) and a more fancy unique earing in my first hole (bottom hole)

I only have 2 ear holes in each but I just got the done not to long ago so I'll wear a small stud in the front and then a bigger stud in the back and if you have three maybe an even bigger one on the last one.

I have a small hoop in my left cartilage and then a double piercing on both ears :) I usually wear a stud in the top and then hoops in the second/bottom piercings :)
