Okay. Stop. Put some ice on it for 5 minutes. Then apply aloe Vera gel. If you don't have that then use warm honey.

Oh please don't use toothpaste! I have had a really bad experience with using toothpaste, and now I have GIANT holes/scars on my forehead. Try using Aloe Vera, or acne clearing gel stuff you can buy at pretty much any store! Good luck!
