Few questions do you want to use a lot of makeup? And will you be wearing this everyday? And also how much time are you willing to spend?

I would start with seeing a facialist first. I used to think I had oily skin too which caused my breakouts, but actually I have very dry skin, lacking in water hydration. the lack of water caused my skin to overproduce oil to compensate for it. so I used products for oily skin which dehydrated my skin even more and making it worse. once I found out I had dry skin, I switch my products and my skin has been so much better allowing me to use less make up. definitely see a facialist first to check out your skin type and go from there. it all starts with good skin!
