I am a total Southern Belle. My description of a southern belle would be a very respectful lady with a lot of class. But I'm going to a nice dinner with some friends and didn't know what to really wear. What do you think about my boots and black lace dress?

Maybe not boot with the black lace because it might be a bit OTT but maybe try black heels with the dress xx
