If you have tried all of the options and your hair is still stuck, you might have to cut at least part of it. Try and get someone to help you, maybe they could see where the tangle is and get the comb out.
Jordan and Dacember, I don't think she was complaining and it seems like English isn't her primary language. Cool the jets gals. :)
