Neutrogena make up wipes-comes in a blue packaging and I've been through hundreds! And I've never found a better one since I've found that!

Any type of oil (I use grapeseed oil or olive oil). It works well, you can get a lot cheaply, and its something you most likely have in your house already. I put some on my face, wet a bath cloth with warm water and let it sit on my face for 30 seconds, and then just wipe it off. Works super well.
