How do undo relaxed/chemically straightened hair?

A year ago around January I got my hair chemically straightened and I regret it and I had a feeling I'd regret it and now my hair is really long, to the bottom of my rib cage, and the hair that's growing in is curly while from about my shoulders downward its wavy/frizzy/straightish.
A) What products should I buy to help support the growth of my curly hair?
B) Should I like grow my hair out and cut it to where the chemically straightened hair ends or something?
C) If you could offer any other advice about taking care of curly hair I'd love to hear it(:

Eat lots of protein, do a leave in conditioner overnight or a hair mask once a week.

Make sure you are using products that are free of sulfates, parabens, silicones, and alcohol. Cut at least a half inch off every 4-6 weeks. Doing this is going to nourish your hair and help it uphold a more natural look while keeping it silky and healthy.

There is no way to undo chemically straightened hair all you can do is cut it off.

This happened to me to! Basically, you just have to grow it out until you can cut off the damaged parts. I use a hair mask once a week (shea butter at target $10) also try to avoid using heat to style it by straightening and curling and such since it could further harm your hair and stop it from growing as fast as it could.

Stay away from hair straightener and keep scrunching your hair with water mousse and gel hairspray

This is what happened to me. Grow out your hair and then when it gets to your desired length, get a trim. My natural hair (curls) started to peek out from underneath my straight hair so I decided to grow out my hair the next three years and try to stay with curly hair. John Frieda's curling spray is really good for curling your hair when it's damp.

B. I'm going through the same thing. There is no way to truly repair it. You have to grow your hair out and trim your relaxed hair as you go, or just chop all at once if your brave. You will have to deal with the two textures for awhile though if you do decide to just grow it out.

The same thing happened to me before I switched to my natural hair.I just ended up having to cut the straight pieces off and my hair is healthy and I get so many compliments on my hair:)

@Kat R, Thank you! I will start eating more protein and try argan oil and Mane n' Tail shampoo
@Ari W, I will avoid those, and I'm probably just going to chop off a good 14 inches of my hair, and then trim it every 4-6 weeks from there on out. Thanks(:
@Bemnia L. I figured:/
@Emma K. I'm most likely going to cut off all my old hair and treat my new hair like royalty haha
@Angel B. Do you know of a mousse that won't leave my hair looking wet? Like those hard wet looking curls?
@Manal M. I've given my hair a year to grow out and now I have maybe 2-4 inches of curly/frizzy hair and then the rest of the hair is like frizzy/straight/wavy. I will try that John freida stuff, I've heard lots of good stuff about them.
@Erin M. I'm probably going to cut more than 10 inches off before June 9th, because my friend is shaving all her hair off for cancer and I couldn't do that but I will cut off most of my hair and donate it to locks of love(:
@Errin R. I can't wait to have healthy hair again (:
