Bring up the black under the eye and I like it but I'd love it if the red was a bit brighter or coral toned since you have fair skin or keep the Burgundy lip but add a bit of bronzer/highlighter.

I agree with Mia on the lips but is probably suggest only smudging your upper eye lids eye liner rather than both. Keep the bottom of our eye simple and go big with the lashes :-)
