Where I live it's going to be sunny and windy tomorrow. I have NO idea what to wear! Going for causal but cute! Help?

If its windy I suggest not having your hair down. It goes crazy!!

You could wear a pair of leggings their lightweight good enough to keep you warm and you won't be to hot. You could wear a jean jacket maybe a pair if combat boot or any type if boots or sandals and you could wear a scarf as well
