Lip liner isn't extremely necessary I find it to be more so to give lipstick something to adhere to, but if you don't mind touch ups (which are inevitable with some lip products) then you're good without it(:

I wear lip liner whenever I wear a red lip but I've never found it necessary with other colors.

I don't think lip liner is necessary, but if you want your lips to pop out with the color , you should decide to use lip liner. My opinion. But I don't wear lip stick, so I don't use lip liner, I use lip gloss instead. Hope this helps:)

I wear lipliner all the time it makes my lips feel fuller and more pronounced. I don't think I would ever be without.

If you apply the lip liner slightly outside of your natural lip line, you can make your lips appear fuller. :-)

I love lip liner- I feel like my lip stick sticks better. My advice is to find one very similar to your natural lip color and fill in the bottom third of your lower lip and about half of top lip- this prevents the dreaded line around the mouth look.

Not always...but for more defined lips, yes. like when I do bold lips, I always use a liner.
