I read making a paste of baking soda and water and leaving it on your nails for a while ( not sure how long) will help whiten them

I was watching a vid on here like 2 sec ago go to vids and press the sight with the three lines and then press nails you will see a nail care routine by missjenfaboulos and they'll show you

No...Its because of the nail polish.

I have the same problem and I tried making a paste out of peroxide and baking soda... It didn't help. I've also heard using a whitening tooth paste?
