To make my hair softer, I shower at night, when I get out, I drench my hair in conditioner and braid it. then, rinse it out in the morning. this gives me much softe hair. I hooe it works for you too.

Try no heat for at least two weeks. Apply oil to your ends when your hair is damp. Don't shower too much or it will wash out the natural oils in your hair. Don't use too many chemicals on your hair, use simple light products like Dove.

Oh and when your hair is wet or damp, don't comb or brush it, you're pulling on strands. When these pulled strands dry, they're going to shed.

My hair was like that too. I had heard all the hype about Moroccan Argon Oil so I tried it, and within one use I could definitely see and feel the difference!

If you're comfortable with it, try showering with cold water for a bit. Or just try not to linger in a steamy bathroom after a shower. Steam opens up your hair cuticle causing frizz. Also make sure youre using a sulfate free shampoo, because sulfate damages your hair and causes frizz.

Try not to use any major heating products for a certain period of time. Try using Herbal Essences hello Hydrated or No more Frizz
It works wonders.
Wet hair is easily broken and it causes it I be weaker. Alcohol based shampoos make your hair really really frizzy.
