As a teenager I struggled with acne, and now in my twenties I have scars from those days. I layer my makeup to cover them, as they are flat as opposed to having textured scars. What are some ways to get rid of them so I'm not constantly putting on tons of makeup?

I've heard that pure coconut oil is very good for treating scars like this, it's also a fantastic moisturiser :)

First, let me say I share the same issue of acne and the dreadful acne scars. recentlyly, I've went to the dermatologist and he put me on an antibioic that would help reduce the bacteria that's triggering my acne breakouts. supposedly, this should help with the scarring too as it helps with removing dead skin cells and lighting the skin
