I tend to get them on my nose and chin a lot and I'm unsure what I can do! Squeezing them out works but it makes my skin red and marked, help please...

Cut a lemon in half, squeeze honey on one half, then rub it on your face. Let it sit for 10 mins then wash!

You can also try a home remedy. Mix sugar with lemon juice and rub on your skin lightly.
