Hey girls I'm 14 and I have a big party coming up I just want to lose 8-10lbs an have afloat stomach so please anyone something that works and I can't go to the gym and stuff so help something easy for my age pretty please!!

Hello! I'm a competitive gymnast and sometimes I have to lose weight for a meet.. what I find works best is NO CARBS!! you can still eat fruits, veggies, meats, even nuts etc.but just no bread, pasta, sugary drinks, or dessert.. it works super duper fast especially if you go out running every or every other day!

Try different variations of crunches, planks, etc. You should also try cardio workouts (anything from ski jumps to jumping jacks).

Ou have plenty of time until June to lose 10 pounds girl. Just do crunches, push-ups, stuff you can do in your home. And yeah like Ryan said just eat healthy. Don't starve!

Drink ALOT of fluids eat small amounts of food like the size of your fist this will work bcuz I once lost 5 pounds in 3 days its not impossible.

If you distribute your exercise out between now and June you will lose plenty, I assure.
