If you live in Canada, you could get two pairs of leggings for $10. You could get also get two pairs for $12 at Forever21. TNA leggings or Aritzia leggings are basically a rip off. They're too expensive and they're the same quality as any other leggings material. Check out Ardene's for a good deal also :)

Walmart has leggings for around $6. The one in my area had long and short ones. But the long ones only have like brown, black, and navy, and the shorter leggings have those colors plus some very bright green, blue, and pink.
