How do I hide an uneven skin tone?

My skin tone is really uneven. My checks are really white but my chin and under eyes are darker than my normal color. I've tried to do a lot of things but I never get a good coverage with out my make up looking cakey or feeling really heavy :( any suggestions??

After you wash your face with a cleanser, use a toner. It helps balance the ph levels in your skin and level out your skin tone.

50/50 mix of apple cider vinegar and water, prob the cheapest toner ever;) And the best!...in my opinion:D.

Personally I love Simple Skincare's Toner. Their stuff is cheap, you can find it at your drugstore and it's great and gentle for sensitive skin.

A good milky like primer. Haven't had cakey makeup since I used primer and I UAE auto pilot by Napoleon.
