I would use pastels (like light pinks, purples, sweet mint, yellow, and blue) for the eyes and light berry color lipstick.

I think you should go for a champagne shade on your lid and I light pink to blend with on your outer crease. For spring, I usually match my lips with my blush, and I agree with Kayleen, bouncy blushes are great, and very pigmented. Try a natural rosy pink for your lips!
