I use an oil-free cleanser
then I use the clarifying and lotion from Clinque
my face started 2 clear right away

Cetaphil oil control formula cleanser and moisturizer works great with a washcloth! Also talk to a dermatologist about antibiotics to help clear the spots =) hope this helps!
