Hello, lovely ladies!
If you haven't seen it, Jean Kilbourne's documentary "Killing Us Softly 4" is a lovely movie!
It's fairly short (about an hour), and she basically talks about the media and the unrealistic, harmful expectations and portrayals of women (and men!). She's a very sweet lady, and it's definitely worth a watch for every woman whether she's struggling with body image or not!
You can find the whole thing on Youtube. <3
Also, there isn't any nudity, just the normal risqué things you'd see in an ad. A lot of it is very sexual though, and she points that out. May not be good for people under 13?
