So I really love Benefit's They're Real mascara. My favorite thing about it is that it doesn't smudge all day. Getting it off takes a lot of work though! I've switched to a waterproof eye makeup remover but it still feels like I have to go over my eyes repeatedly with more remover and Qtips before I can look presentable the next day. I've had LASIK so I shouldn't be rubbing my eyes a lot. Can anyone recommend a really good remover??

MAC's "Cleanse Off Oil". I just put a few squirts in my hands, rub them together, and GENTLY rub my eyes and face. It easily removes my waterproof mascara. I always lose an eyelash or two when I use waterproof eye makeup remover and cotton balls. But not with this stuff!

Try soaking a cottonball and then holding it to your lashes and letting it soak into them before you start rubbing at them. Give the removed time to do its job.

I personally use coconut oil...my eye doctor recommended it...because all the waterproof removers I tried were drying out the skin around my eyes and irritating my tear ducts...I melt a little in my palm and let a cotton pad soak it up and hold it on my lashes for a bit...and then wipe in a downward notion 3-5 times and then do one pass under my eye and all my waterproof eye make up is gone pecan :)
Also since I've starting using coconut oil my lashes are much better...less brittle and hold a curl much better
