Don't wear make up for a few days! You'll look fine the make up your using is probably drying your face that happened to me make sure you use make up remover tho and a good face wash.

When washing your face, don't rinse with cold water, you're closing your pores so when you apply lotion, your skin won't absorb it. And use a face lotion and lightly, very lightly, apply it to your face, and layer it over spots that you notice are dry. Air dry your face by fanning with your hands so the lotion won't be too moist, and then maybe try a BB cream instead of a foundation.

Also just make sure you're staying hydrated. Sometimes I'll go through little dry spells where I will have dry/peeling skin and chapped lips and then I'll realize I haven't drank a whole lot of water. Just make sure you're staying hydrated :)

Key is to prepare skin, I learned this on my own. Before you put on anything on your face, go wash your face with a moisturizing cleanser, then take a towel, and exfoliate your face, focus on the dry spots. then rinse and splash it with cold water a few times. Then put on a good hydrating moisturizer/serum. Let it set for 3-5 minutes. The put primer-I use the chafing gel. Let it set. Then put on your make up using a light hand with a stippling brush. Build with thin layers. Try to avoid powder, or put it only where needed
