Cook with PAM instead of oil, drink 3ltrs of water every day, make sure you eat a soup and a salad before the main course, you can eat everything as long as your portions are small, try to eat something light every 3 hours to keep your metabolism working (cucumber, carrots, an apple, 12 almonds, stuff like that) AND change as much as you can the red meat for the white meat, specially fish (it has lots of protein and very few fats) and ALWAYS do 1 hour of exercise 5 days a week and you'll get sooo hot! Promise!! :p.
