Use it once a week, on scalp and make sure all your hair is cover with it also, leave it overnight for a deep condition. Also good for replacing other cooking oils, dry heels, use it with sugar as a body scrub, body moisturizer, removing eye makeup.

It's amazing for dry hands/feet
I use it on my cuticles
I use it around my hairline to prevent stains when I dye my hair
I drop a tiny scoop into my baths
I use it to prevent irritation on my gums when I bleach my teeth
I stir it into my coffee/tea
I bake with it
Basically anything you would use Vaseline or baby oil for...I use coconut oil
I use it to clean my face
I use it to shave
I make tooth paste with it
I make exfoliants with it
I could go on forever and ever

Well coconut oil has a ton of health benefits and it sweetens my coffee and tea so I don't have to use sugar or chemical filled artificial sweetener

I use CO as my moisturizer and hair mask. I absolutely love it. I gave birth to two big babies each weighing 9 lbs! Needless to say the pregnancies did a number on my midsection. I had dark pink almost red stretch marks. While the CO didn't get rid of the stretch marks they have faded to match my skin
