Maybe sounds cliche or ugly but all black everything (almost) black skinny jeans an a cute tight blazer with a silk tank or something and a black bag. Idk I just think that would look really cute together

You could wear it with any color skater skirt and it can be purchased at any store like Gojane.com or charlotterusse and a bustier and you could top it off with a nice blazer. :)
