You can do it yourself at home with Nutra Nail Gel Perfect 5 minute gel-color manicure... I bought a blue color. If was 5 dollars for the whole thing... It comes with everything you need. So if I were you I would try that.

I don't think you have to be a certain age? I'm 13 and I've had mine done once before last summer, you should be fine!

...that's strange. I'm pretty sure you don't have to be a certain age just to get gel manicures. and if you do, I advise you to grab your parents and ask them to bring you or something.
