Either a kohl pencil or gel liner...personally I prefer gel liner.

I've tightlined with both gel liners and the twist-up crayon liners, and they work equally well (assuming you have a good liner to begin with).

A creamy kohl pencil. Something that is ultra creamy aka soft, won't hurt your eyelids.
