I love them! I get shellac and they stay on for two weeks but usually one for my cuz I peel them but your not supposed to! But they make your nails grow which I love! And they are really glossy and soft and are dry when you leave the salon.

Don't get them continuously. It will make your nails thinner & less healthy if you get gel / shellac back to back to back.

I'm also really clueless. I got them for the first time last week, and all I can say is that it's thicker and shinier than ordinary nail polish.
