Definitely local beauty supply stores. I live in Jersey myself & that's where I get most of my stuff from.

I honestly don't recommend buying hair from Sallys. Last time I bought 14" human hair on a weft, and made my own clip in extensions. The thing about the hair that I found is that the hair cuticles are not left intact and the hair has a lot of broken off hairs and seems to shed a lot. I definitely agree with the other ladies about going to your local Hair Depot or one of those hair stores ran by the chinese women...they have good hair there. I personally REALLY like the "Milky Way" brand of hair. It is very soft and the cuticles are intact and it doesn't shed. You get your moneys worth. A pack of 20" milky way hair costs about $35 here where I live but its worth it and you can re-use it too.
