Well I v got oily skin , fair complexion and numerous moles of almost every size...still I couldn't find any good concealer...

I also have fair skin and two very noticeable moles on my face. Benefits Erase Paste has a thick consistency but there are only three shades and they're all peachy, you'll have to see if the lightest will work with your skin tone. Hard Candy and Amazing Cosmetics both make good full coverage concealer as well. But moles can be tricky to cover, especially if they're not flat, it's less of a hassle to learn to love them and wear them proudly. :-)

You could try a color corrector. They come in different colors so depending on what color they are determines what color corrector you will need. You put them on before applying your foundation.
