Is the shimmer strips neutral palette any good? I think that's what it is called anyway. It looked pretty so I was just wondering since I need some new shadows. Just wanted to check before paying that much since I'm on a budget:)

Yeah, I really like it. The colors aren't super pigmented, they're just kind of subtle. But with a primer they last all day and look great. And I really like the more subtle look.
