See I was thinking the red lipstick anyway as it kinda looks like it would fit. But I do like the idea of a gold to brown eye, thanks!

If its your ID picture I wouldn't do a red lip but the gold/brown eye sounds nice. keep it simple and classy and don't take away from the beautiful colour of the dress. I feel like the red and bold eyes would only compete with it.

No white,but matte powder is must.I would go with light lip color,eyeliner and some contouring.but no shimmer...it is still just my opinion:):):)

Yeah I agree with Shauna, the red lip is a bold statement but it might be a little too outgoing for your ID picture..
