You could try concealer. In my case its fine so long as the formula isnt to cakey as it will end up making them more obvious. Some people say potato juice and cold tea cucumber slices work so try it it might work for you although all it did for me was irritate my skin.

I use a light reflecting base under my foundation, then concealer on top...maybe even mixed with a little highlighter if my bags are reeeally bad that day!

Omg girl this is an amazing trick I came up with... Use your old coffee grounds put them in new filter bags and rubber and them put them in the fridge and when you wake up in the morning apply them for 5 mins watch the bags disappear!! Caffeine is a great de puffer..it really works:)

Put a spoon in the freezer before bed and when you get up before makeup application press the rounded part under your eye. This should reduce puffiness and dark circles ;)
