Let soak in sink full of water and a big splash of apple cider vinegar to help with the itch...you might have to do it a few times (over a few days, allowing it to dry all the way between soaks) to get the itch completely out but it'll help right away. Let soak for an jour or so and rinse! Don't have many style ideas besides what was mentioned (I have minimalistic approach to style anyway) but hopefully you can get the itch out!!

Well if you don't wanna keep it as a sweater you can cut it up and make cute leg warmers for under boots and sich.
