You could always change the colour of the tie to something like a lighter pink or orange if you can find one. For hair you can style it like big waves (that makes me feel girly) or straighten it. If you feel like tying your hair up, it looks soo cute when people curl their hair and then put it in a low bun and then add a headband, the one that has an elastic in the back. Wear bracelets, earrings and rings, though I suggest keeping it metallic (ie gold or silver colour) because blocked coloured jewellery may not look as professional as your job seems. Do your makeup as you usually do, but maybe here and there pop some eyeshadow and keep the lips nude, or keep eyes simple and go with a bold lip colour. I hope I helped:)

Idk if you're allowed to change your shirt, but if you could I'd buy a more form fitting black Oxford shirt! So you can look and feel more feminine
