If your hair tends to be oily, it's more noticeable with lighter hair

If you don't keep it maintained all the time then the regrowth is super noticeable.
It will make your hair dry, coarse and brittle if you don't use serums and stuff.

It wouldn't look very natural, my personal opinion is stay with the darker shades. Maybe just get some highlights to lighten it for spring but I do not recommend full blind!
