You could try contouring and highlighting, but honestly you're beautiful and your nose looks fine, I wouldn't worry about it!

For contouring you use a darker than your skintine colour (bronzer, an appropriate shade of eyeshadow, etc) to create areas of shadow, and highlight with a cream or powder highlighter (or light eyeshadow). it can help contour your face, using shadow and light to make things appear bigger or smaller, etc. there are lots of great tutorials on YouTube!

If you didn't write anythg I wouldn't had notice.wow I never heard that could happen at birth.My son was born with a bladder infection and I told those nurses smethg was wrng with him before they discharged us.Sadly we were admitted to a hospital for four days n another city cuz they didn't know wht was wrng with him.I was sooo mad!
