Think spring! I would suggest a low back cut top, I don't know if you are in America but Delia's has really cute tops with low backs. The are simply trending here and a must have spring piece. Start with that. Next jeans, since this is casual, I assume. I agree with Amberlie on this one, floral, dip dyed, colored are a must. If the bottoms are just colored you'll need some jewelry. Gold is also on trend for spring. Add a stack of gold bangles or a simple gold locket. Keep them simple to keep the whole outfit not to showy. I would probably go with heels (your hight seems to go well with heels). Fun bright ones will help you stand out but nude or metallic will polish the whole look. Maybe try something high waisted, considering you are petite it will stretch your body and make your legs look longer, you might also try a square shaped shirt with the high waist because it will give the illusion of a thing waist <3 good luck!!
